We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Description

Revitalized Leadership Solutions provides professional leadership development services, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one and group leadership coaching
  • RBLP (Resilience-Building Leadership Professional) certification training
  • Organizational leadership workshops and training programs
  • Leadership assessments and evaluations
  • Speaking engagements and keynote presentations
  • R.E.A.L. Leadership Model development programs

All services are provided by or under the direction of Dr. Terrell L. Brown, DBA, RBLP-T. The specific scope, schedule, and deliverables for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or confirmation provided at the time of booking.

Scheduling and Cancellation

When you schedule a consultation, coaching session, or training program with Revitalized Leadership Solutions, you agree to the following:

  • Consultations and coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Workshop and training program registrations are subject to the specific cancellation policy outlined at the time of registration.
  • No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full session fee.
  • Revitalized Leadership Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • For multi-session coaching packages or training programs, payment plans may be available upon request.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a service agreement or required by applicable law.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Revitalized Leadership Solutions website and within our training materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course content, assessments, and the R.E.A.L. Leadership Model, is the intellectual property of Revitalized Leadership Solutions and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws.

The R.E.A.L. Leadership Model (Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Assertiveness, and Limitless Ability) is a trademark of Revitalized Leadership Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary content without prior written consent.

Materials provided during coaching sessions, workshops, or certification training are for your personal or organizational use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without written authorization.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all coaching and consulting engagements. Information shared during coaching sessions, assessments, and training programs will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or you provide written consent. Similarly, clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary training materials and methodologies shared during our programs.

Limitation of Liability

Revitalized Leadership Solutions provides leadership coaching, training, and development services intended to support personal and professional growth. Our services are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revitalized Leadership Solutions, its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Results from our coaching, training, and certification programs may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, promotions, or career advancements as a result of participating in our programs.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of North Carolina.
